You can tell your communication isn't landing, and you want to know why.

A rigorous communications analysis that gives you an unvarnished outside view of your messaging, and the factual basis to break internal deadlocks.

When your communication isn't landing and nobody can say why.

The impact problem
The last campaign was expensive and didn't deliver. Now two questions hang over the room. Why did the budget vanish, and why does the market still not understand your product?
The missing
outside perspective
The team is too close to it, and there is no neutral view from outside. Internal debates about the right course go round in circles because the distance is missing.

Four steps, one clear result.

Step 1
Intro call
Together we work out whether the analysis fits your situation.
Step 2
The conversation
In the first half you describe how you see your communication. In the second I put what struck me in my preparation alongside it. This part alone often opens up new perspectives.
Step 3
The deep dive
I compare what the conversation opened up with what I had already seen in your material and go deep into your communication. That is what the written analysis grows out of.
Step 4
Handover
You receive a detailed written outside view of your communication. We walk through it together in one session. What you do with it is up to you.

The eight diagnostic fields

Narrative core

Does your company tell one consistent story, or does it lose itself in parallel messages?

Complex technologies need more than one area of focus. It becomes a problem when the website tells a pure technology story, the CEO shares an abstract vision and sales gets lost in isolated features.

This field looks at whether one thread runs through all those perspectives, or whether your messages simply run side by side.

Translation quality

Does your communication make the leap from product reality to what the decision maker in front of you actually cares about?

An engineer wants detailed specifications. An investor looks at scalability and market dynamics.

This field looks at whether your communication translates complex features precisely into the value each audience cares about, or leaves that work entirely to the reader.

Choice of formats

Do your formats fit the job?

Not every topic needs a video, and not every technical message belongs on LinkedIn.

This field looks at whether you choose formats for their effect or out of habit, and whether the channels follow the message.

Consistency across touchpoints

Does the whole add up to a recognizable brand, or to a patchwork of individual decisions?

Website, LinkedIn, YouTube, press, job ads, trade show booth. Every channel has its own handwriting. This field looks at where the lines break, whether those breaks are deliberate, and whether the sum of your touchpoints makes a brand or a collection of parts.

Audience reality

Who are you actually talking to, and is that the audience that ends up buying from you?

Personas and ICPs often hang on walls in rooms where nobody knows the real buyers by name. This field looks at who your communication addresses, who it should address, and where the two come apart.

Decision structure

Who decides what goes out the door?

The brief goes to the agency, approval happens somewhere else, and the person who judges the result was never involved in the first place?

This field looks at how decisions about communication come about in your company, and where you might be blocking yourselves.

Team structure and division of labor

How is the work organized inside your team?

What do you do yourselves, what do you hand off, and who checks what comes back?

This field looks at who owns what, where responsibilities overlap and where nobody owns anything, and whether the division of labor fits what you want to produce.

Impact gap

What is communication supposed to achieve in your company, and what does it actually achieve?

A metric tells you whether something was done, not whether it was the right thing to do.

This field looks at what communication has actually moved in your company, where the widest gap sits between ambition and effect, and what that gap hangs on. That gap is usually where the problems live that resurface in the other seven fields.

The result

A written outside view of your communication that you can build an internal case on. It shows where things are stuck, where you talk past each other, and where budget flows into work that doesn't hold up. Made for your next leadership meeting, with a perspective nobody inside the company can have.
Inventory:
What communication exists, what works, what doesn't. With reasons.

Assumption check:
Which unspoken assumptions sit behind your current communication.

Blind spots:
What isn't visible from inside, with concrete examples from your own material.

Assessment across eight dimensions:
A structured reading along eight communication fields, from narrative to impact gap. Prioritized by severity, with the cross-connections that show where one weakness causes another.
