INQA coaching is a strategic funding program of the German federal government that helps small and medium-sized companies put digital change into practice.

Together we develop your communications strategy, positioning, messages and brand voice. But the result doesn't end up as a dead PDF in a drawer. We pour that substance into a living knowledge base and plug it directly into your AI systems.

And because we build and anchor this system directly with your team across several agile sprints, INQA coaching covers 80% of the total cost (program value: €14,400).

Initial phase

A joint kick-off with leadership and team. We set the goals, set up your knowledge base and plug it directly into your AI.

Sprint 1

The foundation

Working with your project team, I develop the first building blocks with you. Your core message and the first rules of your brand voice. It ends with a joint review. What works is kept, the rest gets adjusted.

Sprints 2 & 3

The build-out

Same rhythm, next level. We develop further communication fields, feed them in and fine-tune the system live, while it's already in use.

Handover

Evaluation

The official close. We evaluate the measurable changes, finalize the system, and you carry on with an AI tool your team now runs on its own.
