Neuraverse is NEURA's operating system for connected robotics. Device orchestration, digital twins, an app marketplace, AI models that learn from each other.
The film had to tell all of that in one piece. For management presentations, for trade show screens, for sales situations. One format, many contexts.
The real work happened before production. How do you connect applications from the home, the factory and the smart city, the app marketplace principle and the technical workings of the AI models into one story that the CEO, marketing and engineering all stand behind?
A skill is created once and deployed globally. Every robot learns from what all the others know.
That is the idea holding Neuraverse together. Platform, app marketplace, fields of application, connected AI. All of it expresses the same principle. Shared learning.

Animated film, produced in two steps.
First I built an AI animatic. Complete story, complete copy, visual direction sketched out. Quick to iterate because nothing had been produced yet.
On that basis we aligned story and message with everyone involved. Only then did the film go into final animation.
Concept, copy, budgeting, steering the external partners.
On the content side I worked on the narrative with the CEO and the head of marketing. Taking in perspectives from engineering, product and sales, weighing them and bringing them into one line.
The animatic step was my call. It moved the strategic work to where it belongs, ahead of production. Iterations that would otherwise have cost weeks on the finished film took hours on the animatic.

The film runs in presentations and on trade show screens.
More important than the use itself is the method. An AI animatic turns a feedback loop on a finished film into a compact clarification at the start. Everyone involved sees early what they're actually deciding on. The story gets negotiated before production, not inside it.
For a platform with the reach of Neuraverse, that is the point where a film either becomes one coherent story or a compromise between too many voices.
